What is Coptic Leader?

Coptic Leader is the private coordination app for Sunday School ministry teams — attendance, lessons, outreach, events, and team chat in one place. Accounts are created by ministry coordinators; there is no public sign-up, and children never use the app.

Getting help

Can't sign in? Sign in with your email address and we'll send you a one-time code. If your email isn't recognised, ask your coordinator to check the address on your servant record — that address is how you sign in.

Something looks wrong or broken? Email copticleader@stmarkdc.org with a screenshot and what you expected to happen. We usually reply within a couple of days.

Concerned about a message in chat? Long-press the message and tap Report — every coordinator is notified privately and will follow up.

Bringing Coptic Leader to your church

Found us on the App Store? Tap “Explore the demo ministry” on the sign-in screen to tour a working sample ministry with sample data — no account needed.

Tried the demo and want Coptic Leader for your own church? Email copticleader@stmarkdc.org and we'll get your church set up — we'll create your ministry, add your first coordinator, and walk your team through inviting servants.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account from inside the app at any time: open Profile, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. No coordinator approval is needed. If you can no longer sign in, email copticleader@stmarkdc.org from the address on your servant record and we will do it for you.

What is deleted: your personal details — name, email address, phone number, home address, date of birth and profile photo — along with your sign-in access and the notification registration for every device you have used. You are signed out everywhere immediately.

What stays, and why: the ministry's own records of work that was done — attendance marked, lessons submitted, outreach logged, messages already sent to a class — remain, but they are re-labelled with your initials and class instead of your name. These belong to the church's record of its Sunday School year rather than to one servant, and removing them would leave gaps in another servant's class history. If you want something specific taken out, email the address above and say which record.

Your data

How we collect, use, and protect information — including records about the children served by the ministry — is covered in our Privacy Policy. To correct or remove information, contact your coordinator or email the address above.
